#968 He Gives Us Food

Food is important for us. The food we eat provide nutritional support for our body. Without food, we are going to die. Just as the saying goes, "eat to live, not live to eat". 

God knows it all. He knows that we need food to stay alive. That is why He provide us food that suit our needs in our everyday live. However, there are individuals that did not have enough sources of food. And there are individuals that died because of malnutrition. 

Let us pray for them and keep on praising God for the blessings that we received.

#969 He Answers My Prayers

I love this part. I love when He answers my prayers. For me, personally, God never fails to answer our prayers. He knows what we need. But sometimes, we did not get what we want from God. From what I have learned, God answers prayer in three ways. First, He says yes and gives you what you want. Second, He says no and gives you better than what you want. Third, He says wait and gives you more than you could ever imagine. Let us read this passage.

For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

(New International Version, Matthew 7:8)

#971 He Gives Us Hope

Do you feel discouraged? Do you feel terrible? Do you feel alone? If your answer is yes, do not worry. God is with you. And He is your hope. Through the Bible, you will learn that your future is so great. It will be great because God said so. Just this one, put your heart in the hands of God and let Him fill you with hopes that will give you courage and strength to live your life to the fullest.

#972 His Arms are Wide Open

God's arms are wide open to everybody. He did not look at the external value of a man. He look at our heart, how much we give our heart to Him. In His eyes, we are all the same and He is always willing to received us even if we are sinners.

#973 For the Trials that Come My Way

I praise God today for all the trials that come my way. I understand now that He wants me to grow from the tests I received each day. Sometimes it feels very hard to bear, but with His helps and strength, it was nothing.

#974 He Prepares the Rain

God prepares the rain for the earth and for us. He knows that the rain is important for us. Why? These are some examples of the importance of rain;

• Animals need water to survive
• Farmers get their crops watered
• Plants need water to survive
• Rain can bring joy to the people living in dry places

And the list goes on and on. Think again, what will happen if there is no rain?

Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains. (King James Version, Psalm 147:8)

The tongue we have inside our mouth is created by God. It is given freely by God. And as we know, the tongue is a very useful primary organ in our body. It can taste food. #976 He Gave Us Voice

Voice is a very important talent that we received from God. Our voice plays an important role in communicating with others and almost everyone is given with beautiful voice. Some of them are not. It is God's will actually. He has a plan in doing that way.

Anyway, let us read this passage.

With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness.

#977 He Has a Plan For Us

Sometimes in our life, we often feel nothing, aimless and without hope. But at the same time, God has prepared a plan for us. It is a plan for our lives and our future. Let us read this passage.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

#978 He Created the Right Arm

Today, I went to the supermarket and saw a man who lost his right arm. He was using his left arm to hold the things he wants to buy. I saw him at the counter with his wife laughing and smiling at each other. As I went to the same counter, we were queuing and I was behind him. There are times when he looked at me and give a smile that I began to get this idea that tells me that we are so lucky to have our own right arm. This man, with no right arm, was laughing! Hey! He was laughing! And he also smiles at me.
There are so many people out there who did not match to this man. They have their right arm with them. Still, they are not happy as he is. 

Anyway, the right arm we have now, deals with many things in our life. And it is considered to be so important that if we lost it, we will be crying all days in a year. 

Let us praise God because He gave us this right arm. And let us use this right arm of ours to glorify Him.

#979 God Helps Us

I tell you my friend, God helps us. Here are some of the facts that we need to consider.

• When we cry, He was there to wipe our tears. 
• When we fall, He was there to lift us. 
• When we sick, He was there to heal us. 
• When we are dying, He was there to calm us and helps us to remember beautiful things in the past. 
• When we're alone, He was there to laugh with us. 
• When we're living far from our family, He was there to be our family. 
• When we're left behind by our friends, He was there to become our friend. 
• When our loved ones leave us, He was there to give us support.

If these ever happened to you, won't you be so grateful that God is always by your side and are ready to help you? If your answer is yes, let us all

The thumbs we have in our hands is created by God. He knows that the thumb is very important for us in our life. Polly in her blog, wrote 10 uses of the thumb in her daily life experiences. But if we look carefully at our own thumbs, we will realize that the uses of the thumb exceed the number. Here are some uses of the thumb;

• to hit the key on piano
• to pluck the E, A, and D-string on guitar
• to hold the toothbrush
• to verify ID
• to make 'good' sign
• to hold badminton racket
• to support the other fingers
• to hold the pen/pencil
• to hold the onion when you want to cut it
• to use the command dial on a DSLR camera
• to message your father's back

and the list goes on and on.
